As part of a long-term partnership, our client expanded their activities and added another Lead-Gen activity: an Email Marketing campaign targeting the business emails of the target audience. The goal was to awaken a dormant lead list that had gathered dust ๐Ÿ˜‰ and fully utilize it before expanding business connections and gaining a foothold in additional audience segments.

For us, such a list means pure gold just waiting to be collected. In this case, we will present the process, identification of the opportunity, and the results of such an initiative.

During a work meeting with the Account Executives, we explored additional options for expanding activities that generate business opportunities and fully utilizing the relevant target audience.

The client suggested using a dormant email list of potential distributors who had already been in some communication with the client in the past. For us, this was a clear opportunity to renew the connection through a proactive and personal approach to their business email!

Next, we developed a comprehensive strategy to maximize the impact of the email campaign on such a list:

  1. Filtering and Verifying the List** โ€“ To ensure accuracy and minimize the possibility of targeting invalid or outdated email addresses, thereby increasing the campaign’s deliverability.
  2. Good Content** โ€“ Personalized and tailored content that grabs the recipients’ attention and reminds them exactly why they are on the list in the first place ๐Ÿ˜‰.
  3. **Proper Segmentation** โ€“ To enhance the effectiveness of the campaign and the data received, the list was segmented by different geographical areas. This allows us to have a clear understanding of our footprint in the area and make quick, efficient, and precise optimizations if needed!

  • A significant portion of the recipients, or more precisely 157 people, opened and read the email.
  • The campaign generated 45 responses, with 30 showing interest, including those already negotiating via email.
