Account Manager

About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Webbee Digital, you will drive our growth by managing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone passionate about B2B sales, skilled in client management, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our clients, helping them achieve their goals through effective LinkedIn marketing strategies while contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reignite interest from previous leads and identify new potential clients across various channels.
  • Sales: Present, promote, and sell our LinkedIn lead generation services, tailored for companies looking to connect with their target audience.
  • Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, providing tailored solutions and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our lead generation services.
  • Customer success: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering timely solutions and coordinating with technical support as needed.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress toward targets using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on strategies to attract and retain clients and provide insights to the product development team based on client feedback.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in B2B sales (mandatory).
    • Native-level English (mandatory).
    • Experience in marketing (mandatory).
    • Analytical skills and experience managing campaigns (advantageous).
    • Understanding of technology sectors and a passion for the field (advantageous).
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator (a significant advantage).
    • Experience working remotely (advantageous).
