CASE STUDY – Bconduct

The Client’s Offering:

The client offers mechanical and electrical circuit manufacturing services in Vietnam, addressing the geopolitical pain of manufacturing in China and reducing production costs.

 Target Audience:

The original target audience was in Israel and started well, but after launching on 10/09 and the events in October, we had to find a magic solution. This appeared by appealing to the Israeli sentiment of former Israelis abroad. In this run, we had amazing responsiveness for three months and even made contact with a champion who opened doors to new opportunities, resulting in a small deal worth $10,000.

Challenges in Activity:

Very low responsiveness in attempts to penetrate the American market.

Tests and Solutions:

Recently, we returned to working in the Israeli market with the understanding that, on the one hand, we need to pay the bills, and on the other hand, we need to use the channels at our disposal to continue trying to penetrate the market. This includes InMails or possibly even an additional profile.

Conclusions:

When trying to penetrate a market, steadfastness and extreme patience are required. Not every client will have this, so it’s important to identify just before patience runs out. If possible, try to work with a familiar target audience that yields results to reignite the lost spark while simultaneously re-evaluating the market penetration strategy.

Throughout the period, we communicated the difficulty of penetrating the market very directly but explained that only one or two good leads are needed to start the process. Beyond honest communication, we provided a lot of extra guidance on posts and content, including opening a dedicated WhatsApp group where friends and family like the posts and help with exposure. We held many discussions and came up with creative solutions, such as reaching out to former Israelis, which they greatly appreciated. Most importantly, we reflected on both the small successes and the failures and never gave up.
