CASE STUDY – Creating a 3rd follow-up message with a dynamic image including the lead’s name

Background

We were working with a premium client who had multiple SDR activities. After six months of operations, there was a downturn in the number of meetings, and we needed to come up with creative ideas to boost the number of meetings.

Solution

We used Abyssale (a tool for creating dynamic images) in combination with Phantombuster to create a campaign targeting existing connections with a link to the client’s Calendly.

What was unique about this campaign was that each person received a personalized image with their name on it. Clicking on the image led to scheduling a meeting, resulting in high responsiveness and a significant increase in the number of meetings.

Within a month of implementing this, 17 leads and 9 meetings were generated, successfully achieving the client’s goals.

How We Did It

  1. Scraping all existing connections using Phantombuster with the client’s account.
  2. Translating all names from the scraped data.
  3. Creating an Abyssale account and building the template with the contact’s name.
  4. Integrating Phantombuster with Abyssale (using Zapier’s competitor, Make.com).
  5. Automatically taking the name from the extracted data and generating a unique image with the contact’s name, which links to the Calendly link and the personalized LinkedIn chat link.
  6. Sending notifications using Phantombuster.
