The Client’s Offering:
Software development services by senior developers and UX/UI services.
Target Audience:
- Roles: CTO, VP Product, HR
- Country: Israel
Challenges in Activity:
The field has a very wide supply and low demand.
Tests and Solutions:
After realizing that it was very difficult to create opportunities for the client and differentiate their offering, we considered how to move away from the current proposal and approach with a different offering. This new offering might not have been the initial focus, but could yield deals and create personal connections with the company, leading to future collaborations.
We decided to focus on UX/UI areas where there are more ongoing needs, especially among designers and product managers. Additionally, we identified companies operating e-commerce sites with a more precise offer and pitch, where our client has a relative advantage.
Conclusions:
- A complex offering requires more precise messaging and a specific area of expertise.
- Creativity in identifying companies with higher needs, in our case, e-commerce sites using a certain technology and a specific offering for that technology.
- Close monitoring of changes and quickly obtaining feedback from the client.
