About the Role:
As the Sales Team Leader at Webbee Digital, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving our team’s success and directly contributing to our growth. You will lead a talented team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed their targets, while developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on sales experience who can mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture. Your leadership will be crucial in expanding our client base, closing deals, and maintaining our position as Israel’s leading LinkedIn marketing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop: Lead, mentor, and professionally manage the Sales team to achieve and surpass their targets.
- Strategic Planning: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and grow our client base.
- Sales Participation: Actively engage in sales activities, including closing deals.
- Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Routine Management: Oversee daily operations, provide regular feedback, and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing and developing employees, both professionally and personally.
- B2B Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Remote Team Management: Proven experience managing remote teams (mandatory).
- Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory).
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator (strong advantage).
- Tech Savvy: An understanding of and passion for the technology sector (a plus).
