About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Team Leader. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our sales organization by leading and managing our SDR team, ensuring their professional growth, and achieving exceptional results through effective leadership and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance SDR performance and generate high-quality leads.
- Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to foster professional development.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in hiring and onboarding new SDRs, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the team.
- Hands-On SDR Work: Engage directly in SDR activities, including using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research industries, identify potential targets, and initiate outreach.
- Client Interaction: Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of SDR activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years as an SDR Team Leader and 4+ years in SDR roles.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing hybrid teams.
- Client Management: Previous experience with B2B client management is essential.
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is mandatory.
